- Delegate used to determine whether or not character should be replaced.

value with all characters passing delegate test replaced.
Usage Note
In Visual Basic and C#, you can call this method as an instance method on any object of type
String. When you use instance method syntax to call this method, omit the first parameter. For more information, see

Remarks Allows you to specify a replacement character (e.g., you may want to use a non-breaking space: Convert.ToChar(160)).
