ImmutableDictionaryTKey, TValue Class

A dictionary that can be modified until IsReadOnly is set to true. Once this occurs, the dictionary itself can no longer be modified. Remember, this does not cause objects contained in this class to be Immutable unless they implement IImmutableObject.
