Converts an enumeration to a string, using the default delimiter ("|") that can later be converted back to a list using LoadDelimitedString.

Parameters

source  IEnumerableTSource
The source object to be converted into a delimited string.

Type Parameters

TSource
The generic type used.

Return Value

String
Returns a String that is result of combining all elements in the list delimited by the '|' character.

Usage Note

In Visual Basic and C#, you can call this method as an instance method on any object of type IEnumerableTSource. When you use instance method syntax to call this method, omit the first parameter. For more information, see Extension Methods (Visual Basic) or Extension Methods (C# Programming Guide).
