SymmetricAlgorithmExtensionsDecrypt(SymmetricAlgorithm, Byte, Int32, Int32, Byte, Byte) Method
|
Returns a binary array of decrypted data for the given parameters.
Namespace: GSF.Security.CryptographyAssembly: GSF.Core (in GSF.Core.dll) Version: 2.4.207-beta+1781b796b2aa7a54013a031eb432fe4ccee31867
Syntax GSF.Security.Cryptography.SymmetricAlgorithmExtensions.Decrypt = function(algorithm, data, startIndex, length, key, iv);
View SourceParameters
- algorithm SymmetricAlgorithm
- SymmetricAlgorithm to use for decryption.
- data Byte
- Source buffer containing data to decrypt.
- startIndex Int32
- Offset into data buffer.
- length Int32
- Number of bytes in data buffer to decrypt starting from startIndex offset.
- key Byte
- The secret key to use for the symmetric algorithm.
- iv Byte
- The initialization vector to use for the symmetric algorithm.
Return Value
ByteDecrypted version of
data buffer.
Usage Note
In Visual Basic and C#, you can call this method as an instance method on any object of type
SymmetricAlgorithm. When you use instance method syntax to call this method, omit the first parameter. For more information, see
