Parses connection strings based on a settings object whose properties are annotated with TParameterAttribute and TNestedSettingsAttribute.

Type Parameters

TParameterAttribute: The type of the attribute to search for when determining whether to serialize a property to the connection string.
TNestedSettingsAttribute: The type of the attribute to search for when determining which parameters are to be parsed recursively as connection strings.
