Executes the SQL statement using OleDbCommand, and returns the first DataTable
of result set, if the result set contains multiple tables.

- The OleDbCommand to use for executing the SQL statement.
- sql String
- The SQL statement to be executed.
- parameters Object
- The parameter values to be used to fill in IDbDataParameter parameters identified by '@' prefix in sql expression -or- the parameter values to be passed into stored procedure being executed.

Usage Note
