Return Value
UInt16The unsigned low-order word of the specified 32-bit unsigned integer value.
Usage Note
In Visual Basic and C#, you can call this method as an instance method on any object of type
UInt32. When you use instance method syntax to call this method, omit the first parameter. For more information, see

Remarks
On little-endian architectures (e.g., Intel platforms), this will be the word value
whose in-memory representation is the same as the left-most, least-significant-word
of the integer value.
