- A number used to calculate a starting value for the pseudo-random number sequence.

Usage Note
In Visual Basic and C#, you can call this method as an instance method on any object of type
IListTSource. When you use instance method syntax to call this method, omit the first parameter. For more information, see

Remarks This function uses the
Random generator to perform the scramble using a sequence that is repeatable.
