BigEndianToDecimal(Byte*) Method

Returns a 128-bit decimal converted from 16 bytes, accounting for target endian-order, at a specified position in a byte array.

Decimal
A 128-bit decimal formed by 16 bytes beginning at startIndex.

Exceptions
