CommandFrame Constructor (binaryImage, startIndex, length)

Creates a new CommandFrame from the given binaryImage.

Parameters

binaryImage (array<Byte>[]()[][]): Binary image to parse.

startIndex (Int32): Start index into binaryImage to begin parsing.

length (Int32): Length of valid data within binaryImage.

Remarks

This constructor is used by a consumer to parse a received SEL Fast Message command frame. Typically command frames are sent to a device. This constructor would used if this code was being used inside of a phasor measurement device.

Exceptions

Exception	Condition
ArgumentOutOfRangeException	length is not large enough to parse frame.
