Parameters

x  IEnumerableDouble
The input signal to oeprate on
MaxIterations  Int32  (Optional)
The maximum Numebr of Itterations.
NumIMFs  Int32  (Optional)
The number of intrinsic mode Functions to be found.
PenaltyFactor  Double  (Optional)
The penalty factor for the VMD algorithm.
