- The amount of time to wait before execution, in milliseconds.
- cancellationToken CancellationToken
- The token used to cancel execution.

- The action to be performed if an exception is thrown from the action.
Usage Note

End users should attach to the SuppressedException or UnobservedTaskException
events to log exceptions if the exceptionAction is not defined.
