Parameters

timestamp Ticks: The exact timestamp, in Ticks, of the data represented by this DataFrame.
configurationFrame ConfigurationFrame: The ConfigurationFrame associated with this DataFrame.
msvID String: MSVID to use for DataFrame.
asduCount Int32: ASDU count.
asduImages Byte: Concentrator's ASDU image cache.
configurationRevision UInt32: Configuration revision.

Remarks

This constructor is used by a consumer to generate an IEC 61850-90-5 data frame.
