- Timestamp in local time to be converted to Universal time.
DateTimeTimestamp in UniversalTime (a.k.a., GMT).
In Visual Basic and C#, you can call this method as an instance method on any object of type
DateTime. When you use instance method syntax to call this method, omit the first parameter. For more information, see

This function is only provided for the sake of completeness. All it does is call the
"ToUniversalTime" property on the given timestamp.
