If interface is not specified, IPStack is derived from the server value in connectionStringEntries

Remarks
The "interface" setting will be added to the connectionStringEntries if it
doesn't exist. in this case the return value will be based off of the "server" value. If the server parameter
doesn't exist, the return value will be Default.
