openMIC Upgrade

1. Download the openMIC installer and open openMIC.msi to launch the installer.
	a. Be sure you have the username and passwords for both the service account (if applicable) and the database instance to be used by openMIC.
2. Proceed through the steps in the Installation Wizard, making sure to check the installation directory and service account for accuracy.
3. If a database update is also required, be sure to leave Launch Configuration Setup Utility checked before clicking Finish.

ION/Dranetz Downloader Installation
1. Requires .NET 6+ Runtime:  https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet/thank-you/runtime-6.0.28-windows-x64-installer
2. Download the .zip of the files and extract the contents. Contact GPA for a link to this.
3. If a version of the ION/Dranetz Downloader, be sure to create a backup of those files, then copy the contents of the extracted .zip into the folder, choosing to Replace any pre-existing files.

Configuration Setup Utility
-When updating to a new schema, creates a new database with the new schema and migrates the data to the new database.
	-If the connection string is using Windows Authentication, the user running the Utility will need database privileges.
-The utility is an optional step after running the openMIC installer.
-If your database uses a local account to connect, uncheck Use Integrated Security and enter the credentials in the Admin fields.
-The new database will need to have a different name from the original. The openMIC config file will be updated with the new connection string.
-The Configuration Setup Utility does not delete the old version of the database.
